We invite you to share your dreams with our team in a no obligation consultation.  We love seeing photos you have clipped or pinned as your dream has developed.  We also love to share our portfolio with you as it may inspire more ideas.  We will ask questions about your personal needs and wants in a home.  Equipped with this information, our architect partner is able to create a conceptual home layout. 

D E S I G N

Together we will collaborate until your building plans are customized to your needs and desires. We will then introduce you to our network of designers and suppliers to make selections for your new home.  Every detail you select helps to make your home an expression of your personal style. At the end of this phase, we will present you with a construction proposal.

B U I L D

The building process begins with pulling the necessary permits and breaking ground.  We proceed through the construction phases which include site preparation and excavation, foundation, framing, installation of rough mechanical systems, insulation and drywall, flooring, interior trim carpentry, painting, and finishing touches such as granite countertops and light fixtures.  It is truly exciting to see your dreams come to life!

M O V E   I N

Now the fun really begins!  Once your home is completed, we will meet to walk the home and provide an orientation.  We will explain the systems that were installed in your home and be sure you know any important details as you take occupancy and prepare to move in.  The Warranty phase begins when you move-in and we are there to assist with any issues that arise during this time.
